Shaving seconds in Neon Drift Circuit

Neon Drift Circuit is a game about momentum, and the players topping the leaderboards aren't the ones braking the least. They're the ones drifting the smartest.

The core trick is chaining drifts to keep your boost meter topped up, then releasing that boost on the straights instead of dumping it into a corner. I wasted so much boost early on by using it at the wrong moment.

Switch to the on-screen buttons if you're serious about lap times. Tilt controls are fun and loose, but the hairpins demand the precision only buttons gave me. Your fingers adjust after a couple of laps.

Ghost mode is quietly the best feature. Racing your own previous best shows you exactly where you're losing time, corner by corner. Watching my ghost pull ahead on one specific turn told me instantly what to fix.

Don't obsess over car unlocks. A well-driven starter car beats a fancier one you haven't learned yet. Pick something that suits your driving and put in the laps.
